Need a Product / Marketing Manager to setup and manage an online book drop shipping business

The website is already setup in Wix, need someone to manage the drop shipping business through:
1) Creating the products and product categories
2) Monitor for sales and pass on buyer details to the dealer.
3) Actively keep track of books no longer offered by the dealer and delist them.
4) Promote the site via Google Ads and Social Media.
5) Manage customer relationships via feedback, coupons, offers, etc.
Need someone on a retainer or hourly basis.
