Need Google Ads Expert for Travel Specific website

I am looking for a Google Ads expert to help me promote my travel specific website. We sell domestic as well as international packages.

Our Main destinations are:
Andaman
Ladakh
Kashmir
Rajasthan

In addition to above destination, we offer 7 more domestic and 6 international destinations.

We are not really sure about the budget, but our expectations is to generate 800-900 Leads Per month.
