Need Full Time Ad Manager for Marketing Agency

Hello, I am looking for a full-time Ad Manager to run ads full time for my new marketing agency. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for preparing, executing, and managing all advertising related tasks. This includes creating marketing campaigns, researching audience and demographic data, and optimizing ad placement to maximize engagement and return on investment. The successful Ad Manager must be an excellent problem solver and have a keen eye for detail. A deep understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms is also required. The ideal candidate should also be proactive and have a good understanding of budgets in order to maximize our agency's ROI. You will be paid per client, giving you the potential of making 5 figures a month.
