Native ads expert - Taboola and Outbrain

I am looking for a talented native ads expert who specializes in Taboola, Outbrain and any other relevant networks.

Here is the scope of what we are looking for:

This is NOT For affiliates to run their own offers. We are looking for native ads experts who can run our offers and our landing pages, and help with the media buying side.

- marketing objectives : ECOM Sales

- GEO : US (also: UK, CA, AU)

- Language : English

- Demographics and interest will be confirmed if project awarded

- Topic : Health & Seasonal Products

I have a strong knowledge in platforms like Facebook and Google. And have done a lot of research in Taboola, but have not been able to crack it on my own. However, I have seen some competitors doing very well on both these native platforms, so want to be able to crack it as well.

I need someone to :

- Setup a tracking software for accurate and in-depth reporting ( leaning towards Thrive)

- adjust bids, optimize, and scale campaigns based on relevant metrics I will provide

I will provide landing pages, and can provide ads as well.
