I'm in desperate need of an experienced freelancer to help me manage and market my residential rental listings, which are scattered across numerous cities.

Platforms: Zillow, Facebook marketplace, Hot pad and Apartment list

The scope of work includes:
- Property Management: I'm looking for someone with practical knowledge of property management. This will require efficient coordination of various needs of multiple properties such as maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues.
- Advertising and Marketing: In addition to property management, I need help with getting the word out about my rentals. Your marketing chops will play a big role in ensuring these properties are never vacant for long.
- The freelancer would handle both posting plus inquiries and messages.
