Multi Channel Marketing/Advertising Campaign Manager

Looking for a marketing campaign manager that can create a complete marketing and branding plan, including mail, print, web, email and social for a kiosk company. Not just an SEO company or online campaign expert. We are looking to create a few different campaigns, one for selling as a biz opportunity, one to sell the product to corporate sponsorships, one to sell the product to events and festivals, and one to sell the product to large venues and hotels (hotels, stadiums, etc)
Must have experience to create the content, create all of the materials in a template format (design for print, online, etc) so that text and photos can easily be changed later on. Write the ad copy for all
Needs to be able to fully integrate this into a crm system like Zoho, you will locate and select the vendors needed (mail campaign companies, email campaign companies like Mailchimp, Public Relations site releases, etc) so that it is a totally trackable and workable campaign within Zoho that our sales team can utilize and know the metrics. Create the web page for each channel, that is trackable in Zoho so we know which source is working best (bizop, sponsor, etc)
Initially will be a one time project but if done well this will result in ongoing campaigns as we roll the product out.
