Motivational Coach for College Success

I'm seeking a personal coach to meet with me weekly via video calls. I need someone who can help me manage my college assignments and work schedule, and most importantly, keep me motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help me stay on top of my college assignments and work commitments
- Hold me accountable to my goals
- Provide the tough-love I sometimes need to push myself harder
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring, particularly with college students
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to provide strict and firm feedback when necessary
- Native or fluent German speaker preferred.
