More online presence and traffic to website

I own a natural soap line. I also have other various products. I have a website but not generating any sales. I’m look someone who can build traffic to the site and suggestions on changes I need to make to make it more interesting. I’m also looking for someone who is willing to manage the site for me as well. These are some of my products and how they get sent out.
