Monthly google ads account management

We are an Australian electric bikes online seller. We are looking for a partner freelancer to manage our google ads account on monthly basis (We already have a running google ad account). The scope of the work includes:

- Managing google ads account (including creating campaigns etc.)
- Setup google shopping ads
- Keyword research
- Continuously monitoring the performance of the campaigns and adjusting them to reduce the cost per conversion
- Creating high converting new landing pages and Improving the quality of existing landing pages (Our website platform is on woo-commerce / Elementor)

In your proposal, please include the following (Proposals without responses to these questions will not be considered):

1- Do you follow any unique strategy/approach to increase the effectiveness of google ads campaigns and reduce the pay per click and conversion cost? If so, please explain your unique approach?

2- Please send us the report of similar works that you have done for your clients in English speaking countries (i.e. USA, Australia, Canada and UK) showing how you have managed to improve their google ads performance (reducing their conversion cost)

3- Can you design/improve landing pages on WordPress/Elementor sites? If so, please send us sample landing pages you have designed for google ads campaigns.

4- Any other information that you think makes your service different from others.
