Duties of Recruiter Includes

- Job posting on various platforms.
- Shortlisting candidates' resumes/CVs.
- Getting confirmation with the candidates through call/email.
- Asking basic screening questions to check the suitability of candidates.
- Scheduling interviews with HR.
- Following up with the candidates and HR, etc.
