Meta Ads Specialist Wanted

We are actively searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist (preferably who stays in India IST) is to join our team as a key contributor to our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our online presence through managing Meta Ads campaigns for maximum visibility and performance. Responsibilities: - Manage direct response (focused on driving conversions) Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns from planning stage to completion - Create and manage media budgets for assigned campaigns - Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets - Monitor and optimize all Meta campaigns - Build and implement media plans with analytics to assess the impact of our campaigns on driving business objectives - Create easy to read reports on campaign ROI & revenue analysis and regularly report - Optimization of campaign click-thru rates, conversion rates, and bid management - Campaign performance against target KPI’s. - Profit margin on campaigns Qualifications: - BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study - 3+ years’ managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI related metrics - 2+ years’ of managing Meta ads - Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager and/or Power editor - Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove and report on performance metrics
