Mass Email Send

I have purchased about 1M email contacts and need to deliver emails to all of them. I do not have time for a slow ramp up I need to inbox as many as possible and also resend and follow-up to all the contacts daily for about 30 days. I need to do this without being flagged as a spammer or lowering my domain reputation score. To accomplish this I believe you will need your own servers and IP addresses. I need someone who can move quickly and can actually inbox emails on this scale without hurting my domains.
