Marketing / sales strategy and implementation

Introduction:
We are the Institute of Cybersecurity, a niche online cyber security education business that focuses on small to medium enterprises (SMEs). We have developed a range of specific industry focused courses designed to educate employees and managers about cyber security risks etc.

Key considerations:
• Courses are interactive online
• Courses are designed to educate and create awareness for all staff (that use a computer) about cyber risks that are a threat to their business
• SME Industry focused (e.g. real estate, medical etc.)
• Currently our courses are Australian focused

Requirement:
We are after a marketing plan to promote the business and generate interest and sales. It must include:
• Specific implementation strategies that will generate sales not just marketing / PR spin
• Realistic budgets – we are a small start up
• We have an SEO arrangement in place, so we want the plan to take this into consideration
• Fast implementation – we want to action immediately
