Marketing in linkedin

I am looking for a freelancer to work on a project to help with marketing on LinkedIn along with Google and other similar sites . My goal is to generate leads from my target audience of business-to-business (B2B) customers. I already have a LinkedIn company profile and would need help driving targeted leads from this. The freelancer I am looking for would be familiar with the ins and outs of LinkedIn, Google and email marketing and be able to help me achieve the marketing goals that I am aiming for. We market software into large manufacturing companies along with labs and other regulated companies.
