Marketing for online services

I am starting a website which sells reporting services to Stripe customers. I need a person who is well versed on several ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, etc).

Payment for the project will be recurring monthly.

I'm looking for the person to strategically setup campaigns/ads. The person must know about keyword planning and all associated skills needed to get high quality leads that convert ("convert" being actual purchases).
