Marketing for London-based Russian Event

I'm looking for a skilled digital marketer with experience in targeting specific ethnic communities and proficient in using VK, Facebook, and Instagram.
Your task will be to successfully promote a night club event to a niche group of individuals - specifically Russians living in London. The main goal is to market this event in such a way that tickets, which are given away for free, are taken and that these individuals actually attend the event.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Mastery of VK, Facebook, and Instagram in terms of marketing capabilities.
* Proven track record of targeting specific ethnic groups, ideally Russian community in London.
* Previous experience working with night club events is a major plus.
* Strong understanding of Russian culture and customs, and what kind of messaging would appeal to this audience.
As the marketing method of choice will be a range of social media platforms, the successful candidate must be comfortable leveraging these tools to reach our target audience. Fluency or knowledge in Russian language would be an added advantage.
