Marketing experise

This is for a marketer and not for any software developers to do. I have a new type of eCommerce website and a new mobile app that will go live in February. I need a Marketer to help with launching it. Initially only via social media and simple marketing. Later when we earn money some advertising in selected good channels. I know a lot about marketing with ads via Facebook so on but I need to setup a marketing channel strategy for it and get it connected to the site. it means preparing keywords, search information Google/Bing text and searches etc that I may need help with. Channels: -Facebook -Instagram -Pinterest >>> I will ask for marketing references and successful campaigns that has created results. Budget: 500$ as a starter. Your skill set: - Marketing, minimum 5 years - the ability to create connections to facebook etc with apps etc.
