Marketing Strategy -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to help me develop a marketing strategy to generate business from a list of leads I have. The primary goal of the marketing strategy is new business development. I need someone with experience in email marketing to create and manage email campaigns. I am unsure of which email marketing platform to use, so I am open to suggestions. The content of the emails should be personalized messages to the leads. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in developing marketing strategies for lead generation
- Proficiency in email marketing, including creating and managing email campaigns
- Knowledge of various email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp and Constant Contact
- Ability to write personalized messages to target leads.
