Marketing Plan for an online music platform

I am looking for someone with sound marketing experience to help me improve my marketing plan for a music platform (online community business based on memberships + allowing members to sell their music to one another while keeping all their earnings).

I am after a sound improvement on the marketing plan + using some psychology elements to improve the impact of the launch of the platform and the maintenance of the plan for a few months.
