Marketing Manager to oversee B2B lead gen & LinkedIn targeted lead gen

I'm looking for a Marketing Manager to help me with my B2B lead generation and LinkedIn targeted lead generation. Specifically, I need this person to oversee that we are bringing in warm targeted leads for the Contract Manufacturing Services that we provide (cable assemblies, PCBAs and box builds). I have a brief outline of a marketing strategy that will need to be refined. I'm expecting the Marketing Manager to work less than 10 hours per week on this project but give us a solid strategy, oversee that things are being done, and show us results.
