Marketing in Los Angeles, CA area

I am launching car marketplace in Los Angeles, CA area (Southern California) and want to work with a marketer who can help me reach to maximum local residents in inexpensive way... We all know Google Ads/Facebook Ads - I don't want to use them (expensive). I want to come up with cheap/inexpensive way to reach out to maximum residents. One idea is I employ or go myself and put flyers in individual mail boxes so they read.. Think other 9 ways we can reach out to maximum residents in Los Angeles, CA area and we will work..
