Marketing Expert to promote conference events

I am looking for a marketing expert to promote our International conference events taking place in August 27-29, 2024 to professionals in the Supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media advertising, email marketing and will be able to implement a successful marketing strategy to capture interested attendees in India, Middle East and parts of Asia. Our budget for the marketing campaign is more than $1000.
