Marketing EXPERT needed - Facebook Ads / Google Specialist Needed - Ad set up + management

We are small agency that specialises in Shopify website design and development and branding.
We need to start running some ads to grow our business outside of platforms like Fiverr/Upwork.

I am looking for a Marketing EXPERT who can advise the best strategy for us.

Budget: $500 AUD per month to begin with - should we get traction we can start increasing. I know this niche is super competitive but need an expert to help us scale.

Objective: My main goal is to generate leads through these ads + sales on our packages/

Targeted Demographic: My target audience is adults aged 25-54.

Skills and Experience:
