Marketing IT Consultant Candidate

We are IT consultancy. Looking for marketing support for the candidates. Person should have experieince applying job in different us job portals, able to create resume as per the candidate's requirement, and need to work 6- 8 hours per day. The person has to apply for job on behalf of the candidiate daily on different job portal werbsite for the following interview job leads. It can be person or consultancy situtated in India, who can apply for this position.
