Marketing Assistant to Recruit Streamers

I'm looking for a marketing assistant based in Ukraine to help us find lifestyle streamers (especially young women with engaging personalities) to join a growing international live streaming platform.
This platform allows users to broadcast themselves, build an audience, and earn money based on their activity and gifts received during the stream.

What You’ll Do:
Promote our streamer recruitment campaign in Ukrainian-speaking communities

Search for and reach out to potential streamers (ages 18+, mainly women)

Post offers on Ukrainian platforms like Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, OLX.ua, job boards, etc.

Help onboard candidates and guide them to our application link or Telegram contact

Maintain friendly communication and help build trust

Suggest local strategies and platforms to improve recruitment

Ideal Candidate:
Based in Ukraine or fluent in Ukrainian/Russian

Friendly and proactive, with a good eye for talent

Familiar with live streaming or content creation trends (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Strong communication and writing skills in Ukrainian

Experience in social media recruitment, talent scouting, or digital promotion is a plus

A strong Facebook presence or Telegram network is a big advantage

The Ideal Streamer Profile You’ll Look For:
Women aged 18+

Engaging, confident, and friendly personalities

Comfortable on camera

Willing to stream frequently (minimum 15 days/month, 3+ hours per day)

Consistent and committed to building a following

No adult or inappropriate content — this is a lifestyle and entertainment platform

Payment & Bonuses:
Flat fee per successful recruit: $20–$25 per verified active streamer

Monthly bonuses for top performers

Potential for long-term, part-time collaboration if results are good
