Marketing Assistant - Permanent role 20-30 Hours per week
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
We're looking for a detail-oriented marketing and personal assistant to help with various tasks. This is a remote position.
We are a manufacturer of frozen beverage products, our target audience is bars, restaurants, sporting clubs, convenience stores and leisure centres.
We are Australian east coast based - THEREFORE APPLICANTS NEED TO LIVE WITHIN a 1-4 HOUR TIME ZONE TO OURS - GMT +10 (Outside these time zones will NOT be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
-Contacting target clients via social media / email
- Arranging appointments for company representatives to visit
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Handling emails and correspondence
- Market research: finding customers and qualifying leads
- Social media interaction
- Email marketing
-Telephoning potential targets to find out if they sell similar beverages to what we produce.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in social media management, email marketing
- Proficient in market research
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
