Marketer for Start up

We are new bookkeeping firm looking for clients. We are looking for a marketer who can assist us in marketing. We are three partners, business registered in Dallas TX but we offer the accounting or Bookkeeping services remotely all over US

We are hoping someone can be paid on commission. If we onboard a client, we agree on percentage or rate once the client is on board and also someone experienced on lead generation, social ad..etc
