Marketer Needed for Real Estate Project

I am the head of marketing for a project within real estate/property for housing we would like to sell in Portugal for holiday/migration.

I am looking to hire a marketer who we can work together with to create and execute a strategy to get people to buy/rent a property

(Payment per hour is not finalised and is just a placeholder)

The primary goal of this project is to get people to buy one of our properties in Portugal.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
-Experience within marketing
Preferably the real estate sector,

- Excellent understanding of various marketing channels

- Strong communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques

- Capacity for strategic thinking to enhance brand visibility alongside lead generation

Your main task will be to design and implement effective marketing strategies that will get people to buy a property.

The ideal candidate will not only focus on generating leads but also enhancing our brand visibility within the commercial real estate market.
