Market a Chrome extension

I need someone with experience promoting Chrome extensions. We want to target a USA user base. The goal would first, obviously to get more users, but also improve our visibility on the chrome webstore thanks to reviews and downloads.

Someone with a proven track record with chrome extensions would be best.
