Manage my digital marketing team -- 2

I have a team of interns to run my digitial media. The tasks they are required to do is to handle my various Social Media Channels, create email marketing campaigns and run them and my ppc campaigns.

I am looking for a digital marketing expert who can manage my team, allocate work and teach them to run their tasks.
