Manage and Stock ETSY Store

I'm looking for an efficient and creative freelancer to manage and stock my ETSY store. The project will be a profit share, meaning the more successful you are in your work, the more you will earn.
Your responsibilities include:
- Full ETSY store management. I expect you to handle all aspects, including customer interactions.
- Sourcing high-quality products from reliable wholesalers and manufacturers. You are allowed the freedom to find and select products as per your judgement, since I don't have a specific category in mind.
- Regular monitoring and strategic pricing adjustments to boost sales and store visibility.
The ideal freelancer for this job would have prior experience managing an ETSY shop, an eye for popular and saleable products, and a strategic mindset to optimize for profits. Understanding of the ETSY platform rules and algorithms is a must. Additionally, capabilities in product sourcing and negotiation would be extremely beneficial. Creativity is also welcomed, as there is freedom for product selection.
