Loom sales outreach new clients manager

Hello Sir, Madam,
I'm the co-owner of a Dutch marketing agency, specialised in running ads on Facebook and Instagram.
To scale our business we are going to onboard Outreach Agents. We have made an extensive salesfunnel for ourselves to onboard new clients. As an Outreach Agent you play a big part in that.
What do we expect from an Outreach Agent?
You need to have a small understanding of running ads on Instagram and Facebook. However if you haven't, we will guide you with the right amount of knowledge to fullfill this job.
In this role you have to make looms (screenvideo) for potential clients. From us you will receive a leadlist (all those businesses are in the same niche). Then you have to make Looms for these leads. Don't worry; we have an extensive script that you need to follow in order to give the right message in the loom. That's it, just make looms about these leads and follow our loomscript. You can determine your own hours.
You need to have a professional appearance on video, a clear way of speaking English, neatly dressed, a good microphone and webcam and of course a professional background.
