Looking for traffic manager native or fluent German & English for long term contract

French web agency looking for an experienced traffic manager to manage the german Google & Social Ads accounts of one of our major ecommerce clients.
It includes managing Search, Shopping, Display/YouTube and Facebook/Instagram Ads on the german market, with an average monthly budget around 30k€.
Your role will be to help us optimize the campaigns while following our strategic guidelines. You will also be our primary source of information to help us understand and optimize for the specificities of the german market.
We are looking for a reliable long-term relationship preferably.
Estimated number of hours (monthly): +/- 10 hours
