Looking for help finding customers for my website

Hi! I need help finding customers.

Specifically user registrations for my website.

I have no idea who my customers is or where to find them atm. I'm out of ideas, so i'm looking for knowledgeable marketing people that can perhaps help a little bit here.

I'm willing for us to test anything, google, ppc, email, etc.
