Looking for freelancers who can get leads for Home & Business loans

I am looking to hire someone who can get leads for home and business loans in a local area. As most of my business is conducted within a specific city (or region), I am looking for leads in this particular area. I would like to start out with leads ranging from 1-50, and build our way up.
