Looking for digital Marketing Specialist Dedicated full time

Hello I'm looking for digital marketing specialist/manager having experience more then 5 years + experience. We need dedicated person who can work 48-54 hours in a week.
The person should have extensive knowledge about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) both On Page & Off Page.
- Must have regular updates about Google Panda & Penguin updates
- Must have excellent knowledge about SEM (Google Adwords & Facebook Ads)
- Must have Expertise in SMO (social media Optimization)
- Must have Expertise in link building
- Must have Expertise in buying paid links
- Should know about penalty recovery
- Should have worked on big projects
- Must a have lead the team
