Looking for cold caller/appointment setter Ger/Eng

Hey there. I own a marketing agency mainly focused on google ads but I do also offer facebook ads. The business industries I serve are numerous. Ecom, local service providers, coaches, heavy industry, recruiting you name it.

I am looking for someone who, on a commission basis, generates new leads for me.
I will pay $200 per CUSTOMER. (As soon as they sign the contract the first payment is due. Once I receive the first payment from that customer, the money goes to you).

I prefer ecom projects because they are easier to manage and make me more money per time. I will reward you with $500 for each new ecom client that I get.

It is your job to find leads and qualify them.
At least 2k available to invest in marketing. (Can be a little less which I have to evaluate in the call with the potential client)
Needs to have organic sales. I will not work with companies which just started or don't have proof of concept.

I do not care where the clients are from as long as they meet my criteria.
