Looking for affiliate marketers

I work for a solar company and am looking for affiliate marketers to help bring in new leads through social media and web advertising, along with any other creative means. We have purchase, lease, and loan options, but we have mainly been promoting a no upfront cost option where we install solar panels on their roof and customers simply pay for the power they produce. I will pay $1000 for EACH new customer you bring in that goes through to install. Leads generated must be in the United States.
