Looking for People who can rent or sell their Google Ad accounts

We are looking to hire people who can rent their Google Ad Accounts, we are affiliate marketing agency who is in constant need of Google Ads accounts to launch our client's campaign. We'll need following things from you:
Remote Computer Access
We'll regularly need to access account
Threshold account.

We'll be paying you ad spend + 15% of ad spend on daily or weekly basis. We are looking to spend around 100~15000$ monthly.
