Looking for a Dubai-based freelancer to bring clients for TikTok promotions (Commission Based)

I am a Saudi TikTok content creator currently based in Dubai, with over 160,000 followers and real video views exceeding 120,000 per video.
I create Arabic content targeting local Saudi and Emirati audiences, with verified analytics (age/location/interests).

I’m looking for a freelancer based in Dubai or the UAE to help me bring in new clients (commission-based work).

Target clients:
• Cafes and Restaurants
• Clinics (beauty, medical, dental)
• Retail Stores and Boutiques

Please do not target bars or non-halal businesses (e.g., alcohol-related).

How the videos are made:
• I offer both in-person coverage (on-site filming) and remote content
• Video length: 15 to 60 seconds

Commission: AED 400 per confirmed client + Monthly bonus

Promotion goal: Increase brand awareness for local businesses
