I'm Look, Affiliate Marketing Manager

I am looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help me manage a pay-per-sale affiliate marketing program.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing pay-per-sale affiliate marketing programs
- Familiarity with various affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Ability to track and analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates
- Experience in managing a list of specific affiliates and coordinating partnership activities
- Knowledge of effective marketing and selling strategies to increase brand awareness and boost product sales

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard affiliates from my existing list
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate with affiliates to ensure they have the necessary marketing materials and support to promote our products effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and optimize landing pages for conversion
- Continuously evaluate and explore new affiliate opportunities and partnerships to expand the program's reach
- Implement tracking systems and tools to measure the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and overall program performance
