ACCOINTING.com is an all-in-one crypto platform with connections to over 300 wallets and exchanges that allows crypto-traders to track, manage, and report all their crypto transactions via mobile or desktop.
## **Job Description**
ACCOINTING.com is currently looking for two full-time email outreach agents. The email outreach agent role will report directly to the Head of Growth and will interact with the marketing team.
Near native-level English knowledge is a requirement for this role; experience doing outreach is a big plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Use email communication to find new partners for ACCOINTING.com
2. Find placement or guest posting opportunities
3. Find content exchanges or mutually beneficial collaborations
4. Negotiate and adapt to each situation to find the best possible solution
**Key Tasks:**
1. Create and improve email outreach templates together with the Head of Growth
2. Set up and manage email outreach sequences together with the Head of Growth
3. Evaluate SEO metrics to identify and prioritize the good opportunities
4. Send highly personalized cold emails and follow-ups to prospects
5. Constantly push high priority opportunities until closure
6. Use BuzzStream (or similar) and Google Sheets to keep track and manage your work
7. Work closely with other marketing team members to achieve goals
**KPIs:**
1. Number of new emails sent
2. Number of follow ups sent
3. Email open and reply rate
4. Number of opportunities closed
