The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a highly-targeted prospect list of DTC brand founders/CEOs in the U.S. — specifically in fashion and skincare/beauty verticals.
You’ll be responsible for researching and delivering accurate, high-quality leads that meet very specific criteria.
Your Mission:
Find CEOs or Founders of DTC brands in the U.S. that meet ALL of the following:
Niche: Fashion, skincare, or beauty
Revenue: $1M–$5M per year
Team Size: Under 20 employees
Ads: Actively running 1–60 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Must have a live Shopify or similar DTC website
Your Deliverables:
A Google Sheet with:
First + Last Name
Role (CEO/Founder)
Company Name
link of the Website
Email (verified)
LinkedIn profile of the CEO
Notes on ad activity or product launch (if applicable)
Ideal Candidate:
You’ve done similar lead gen for agencies before
You’re scrappy, detail-obsessed, and efficient with tools like Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Sales Nav, Ads Library, etc.
You can deliver 200-300 quality leads so fast without fluff or filler
