Lead Generation Expert for SAAS ERP Product (FB & Google)

I am looking for a lead generation expert who can help me generate leads for my SAAS ERP product. My target audience is both small business owners and enterprise companies. I prefer to use both Facebook and Google Ads for lead generation. I need some one can connect my PC and help me for campaign setup. I am already have experience with both ads setup need expert advice to make the campaign better.
