Lead Generation Ad Campaign Setup

I'm in need of a skilled digital advertising expert to create and launch a comprehensive lead generation campaign for my consulting website.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up a Google Ad campaign: This will involve creating engaging ad copy, selecting relevant keywords, and optimizing the campaign for maximum lead generation.
- Setting up a Facebook Ad campaign: This will require creating compelling ad creatives, defining target audiences, and setting up the campaign for lead generation.
- Implementing Google Tags: I need you to set up Google tags to help me track conversions and performance of the advertising campaigns.
- Implementing Facebook Pixels: I also require you to implement Facebook pixels to help me track conversions and optimize the Facebook advertising campaign.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proven experience in running successful lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook
- Proficiency in setting up Google tags and Facebook pixels for tracking purposes
- Strong copywriting and creative skills to create compelling ad copy and visuals
- Understanding of SEO and keyword research for Google Ad campaign optimization
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance
