Large-Scale WhatsApp B2B Outreach Campaign

Job Title: WhatsApp Campaign Expert Needed for Outreach to over 1 lakhs B2B database (Automation + Execution)
Project Overview:
We are looking to hire a skilled freelancer or agency who can help us set up, automate, and run a large-scale WhatsApp outreach campaign to a curated list of 1lakhs+ B2B client
We already have the contact database (including mobile numbers) and need someone who can execute this using AI Sensy (or similar WhatsApp automation tools) to deliver messages efficiently, compliantly, and with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Help us set up a WhatsApp Business API
Configure and integrate with AI Sensy or any similar automation platform
Create and get approval for WhatsApp message templates
Design and automate the campaign in a drip-based flow (broadcast + follow-ups)
Use personalization (Name, City, Profession, etc.) wherever applicable
Set up analytics dashboard for click-through, replies, and lead tracking
Handle opt-out management and compliance (basic understanding of WhatsApp policies)
Help us create a simple lead funnel for interested recipients (e.g., Google Form, WhatsApp auto-reply, or link to landing page)
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Prior experience running large-scale WhatsApp campaigns (10k+ contacts)
Familiarity with AI Sensy, Interakt, WATI, Zoko, or similar platforms
Solid grasp of automation, segmentation, and drip logic
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API (not just WhatsApp Business App)
Ability to integrate tools like Google Sheets, Forms, or CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong communication skills for timely reporting and status updates
Goal of the Campaign:
To reach out with a targeted professional message
Generate qualified leads or signups for a product/service
Ensure compliance, engagement, and automation at scale
Timeline:
Start Immediately
Complete setup and first batch execution within 7–10 days
Budget:
Open to proposals based on experience and value-add
