Responsibilities:
1. Write a description for each video in a very professional and comprehensive manner, with the SEO terms and with the (semantic) keywords, which will make the top of the search results.
2. Research the best (intermediate) keywords.
3. Must know how YouTube's algorithms work so that you know what you need to do to rank higher in search results and (If you read this, write "winner" in start of your bid) increase the YouTube video recommendations.
4. Must know the most important source of views.
5. No spamming or robotic views.
