Kajabi & ScoreApp Funnel Specialist Needed

Freelance VA / Funnel Specialist – ScoreApp + Kajabi Funnel Build
We’re looking for a high-attention-to-detail VA or Funnel Specialist who can help us build and integrate multiple landing pages and follow-up systems using ScoreApp and Kajabi.
This role involves both tech setup and light graphic design, so you’ll need to be confident with visuals, integrations, and email automation.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for building and connecting:
1. ScoreApp Landing Pages
- Opt-In Landing Page inside ScoreApp (clean and branded)
- Auto-Generated Report Landing Page (from ScoreApp quiz results) - all we need is a slight rebrand with a few more sections added and a call to action link.
- Tagging setup based on answers inside ScoreApp (segmentation-ready)
- Link ScoreApp landing page to Kajabi opt-in landing page (which introduces scan in more detail)
-(ScoreApp landing page opt in for survey will also be used directly to social media posts)
2. Kajabi Pages
- Kajabi Opt-In Page invite to do the Expert Clarity Scan (adding link inside the landing page to ScoreApp quiz page)
- the first report comes up on the scoreapp landing page with a second page with more detail.

3. Follow-Up Report + PDF Design
- Auto-display ScoreApp report results landing page (this will show up in scoreapp landing page automatically) and just need to be refined with a link to a more detailed report.
- Design branded landing page follow up report.and bonus Stillness Strategy PDF (simple design)
- Connect this via Kajabi email automation or ScoreApp webhooks

Entry Point 1 (Kajabi Opt-In Page)
→ Sends user to ScoreApp quiz
→ Upon completion, ScoreApp generates result pages + triggers tags
→ Auto-email from Kajabi delivers the report + following this link to Stillness Strategy bonus (PDF)
→ Email nurture sequence promotes 2 offers:
Tagging from reports leads them into 2 funnels
Emails x 6 per funnel in Kajabi. Automation to resend and segment

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Kajabi platform expert (landing pages, email automations, tagging, segmentation, Zapier if needed)
- ScoreApp quiz builder (including follow-up page, tag logic, and styling)
- Graphic design (clean, premium brand-aligned PDF and landing visuals following Brand Guidelines)
- Email Automation (inside Kajabi; ScoreApp webhook optional)
- High attention to detail (must match brand copy, design and functionality exactly)
- Knowledge of clean UX design for opt-ins and high-ticket product pages
- Optional but a bonus: Zapier or Make for ScoreApp-Kajabi integrations
