Join my company as a marketing manager - Ongoing Parttime job -

Hi all,

I’m looking for a creative marketing manager to join my company starting from July 2022.
I’m the owner of an animation company (we produce explainer videos) and I need an experienced marketer to help scale the business. Currently, we’re not using PPC, we don’t rank for any keywords and we’re not advertising on social media. We need to launch and execute an aggressive and effective marketing strategy to increase our website traffic and sales.

Here’s an overview of the services I need:
- Google Adwords PPC advertising
- Facebook (PPC) advertising
- Advertising on other relevant (social) platforms
- Influencer marketing
- Quality SEO (no spamming or any black hat tactics)
- Etc. etc.

As a marketing manager, it will be your job to:
- Come up with a marketing plan that converts
- Produce text, image and/or video ads and ad descriptions independently.
- Test and optimize ads
- Select the best platforms to advertise on
- Make suggestions to attract more customers
- Provide weekly progress reports

What we offer:
- A base payment of $100-150 per month. (Let’s talk!)
- Bonus payments based on conversion rates.
- In addition to what we pay you, you’ll have a marketing budget of $100-$150 per month available for PPC ads and other forms of marketing.

I’m not just looking for someone to complete a list of tasks. If hired, you’ll be a valued part of the company. I’m not looking for someone who relies on me to tell them what to do. Instead, act like a manager: bring your ideas and implement them if they are approved, test and optimize.
