I'm in need of an account manager with intermediate level experience to handle customer communications and account updates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle communications with customers via phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Keep accounts updated in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, especially experience with managing account updates.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using a computer and various software.
Preferably, the applicant would have had previous experience in a similar role at an intermediate level.
